Posted by

If you love sunsets you are in luck when you are in Naples. Even if you only have 36 hours to spend in Naples the sunsets are amazing.

In fact, one of the reasons Naples is the happiest town in America because of our natural beauty and sunsets. Not sure where to catch the best one though?

I can help. Try these 5 spots to catch the most beautiful sunsets Naples has to offer:

best places to watch sunset

Naples Pier

A popular destination for beachgoers and fishermen, Naples Pier is located at the end of 12th Ave S, Naples.  I prefer to watch sunset from beach beside the pier as the pier itself is a beautiful addition to photos.

The Turtle Club

An upscale beachfront restaurant located at 9225 Gulf Shore Dr, Naples.  Be sure to call ahead for reservations as it is a very popular sunset dining destination.  With unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, and tables right out on sand, it is a perfect spot for a special occasion.

Pure Naples

See the sunset from the water! Pure Naples has boat tours departing from Tin City.  There are a number of restaurants and fun shopping at Tin City.  Pure Naples has five 1.5 hour tours daily, so make sure you book the right one to see the sunset. What time is sunset?

HB’s on the Gulf

HB’s is the signature restaurant at the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, located  at 851 Gulf Shore Boulevard North, Naples.  One of the specials they offer is a sunset dinner on the beach.

And….my top pick….

Gumbo Limbo at the Ritz

For casual outdoor dining in a fun atmosphere you cannot beat Gumbo Limbo!  Each evening at sunset, Savannah, the gracious hostess, selects someone to ring the bell to signify that sunset is complete.
